Salt Pepper Garlic

This simple ingredient mix will work on any beef that you cook any way you want to cook it! Steaks, Burger, Roast, Ribs, anything and it tastes excellent!

 

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic powder

Directions

  1. Mix equal parts of the ingredients.

  2. Spread evenly on to meat and rub in. If ground beef mix in.

  3. Cook to desired doneness (125 F) rare (135 F) medium-rare

    (145 F) medium (150 F) medium-well (160 F) well done.
