Caleb’s Special Steak Rub
This rub is excellent for steak and tenderloin, with a very strong flavor be careful how much rub you apply to the meat!
Ingredients
1 Tsp brown sugar
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp crushed oregano
1 Tsp rosemary
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp salt
Directions
Rub on meat 15/20 minutes before cooking.
Cook meat to desired doneness (125 F) rare (135 F) medium-rare, (145 F) medium, (150 F) medium-well, (160 F) well done.
