BBQ Dry Rub

Whether it's burgers, steak, tenderloin, or anything else you want to cook with this rub, you'll love it. Just mix the ingredients in a bowl or bag, if some is left over store it in a dry place for next time.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tsp smoked/regular paprika

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Apply rub evenly to surface of meat.

  2. Let sit for 10/15 minutes allowing rub to stick.

  3. Cook meat till desired doneness.

    Internal meat temperature (125 F) rare, (135 F) medium-rare,

    (145 F) medium, (150 F) medium-well, (160 F) well done.
