BBQ Dry Rub
Whether it's burgers, steak, tenderloin, or anything else you want to cook with this rub, you'll love it. Just mix the ingredients in a bowl or bag, if some is left over store it in a dry place for next time.
Ingredients
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp smoked/regular paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Apply rub evenly to surface of meat.
Let sit for 10/15 minutes allowing rub to stick.
Cook meat till desired doneness.
Internal meat temperature (125 F) rare, (135 F) medium-rare,
(145 F) medium, (150 F) medium-well, (160 F) well done.
